WEDDING
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL AGREEMENT The undersigned (hereafter referred to as the "GUEST") hereby
requests the reservation of the portion of the clubhouse described below from
the Warwick Valley Country Club, Inc. (hereafter referred to as the
"CLUB"). Upon acceptance of the reservation request,
the GUEST hereby agrees that: 1. By taking possession of the rented portion of the clubhouse, the GUEST acknowledges that the rented portion of the premises and the restrooms are in excellent condition, clean and free of any rubbish or debris, the walls, ceilings, and carpeting are clean and free of damage, stains, marring or other defects. If upon arrival the GUEST finds the premises to be other than the condition described above, the DESIGNATED GUEST REPRESENTATIVE shall immediately notify the WVCC CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE of any defect and the DESIGNATED GUEST REPRESENTATIVE AND THE WVCC CONTACT REPRESENTATIVE shall sign an agreement identifying any defects. 2. GUEST agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, the CLUB, its directors, officers, agents, and employees from any and all damage or loss, including bodily injury, personal injury, or property damage, (including reasonable attorneys fees), or any other claim arising against the CLUB in connection with GUEST’s rental of the clubhouse space. 3. GUEST acknowledges that this request is nothing more than a request to reserve space within the Clubhouse. The GUEST agrees that they may not provide their own food or food service nor their own beverages or bar service. The following apply: a. Food service will be provided by Greiner Food Inc.__, which has been contracted by the CLUB as the food concessionaire to provide food service, must be signed by the GUEST. b. Bar Services will be provided. A BAR CONTRACT specifying the type of bar services required must be completed by the GUEST and included with the signed copy of this document. 4. The GUEST agrees to abide by the following rules and regulations affecting their event: - No tape, pins, nails or other devices may be affixed to the walls or ceiling. - No dogs, pets or other animals are permitted in the clubhouse or on the grounds. - Clubhouse is a smoke-free building. - No minor will be served alcoholic beverages. - No one is permitted on the golf course, fairways or greens. - If any guest becomes intoxicated, violent, abusive, or otherwise threatens the health, safety or welfare of other guests, the CATERER, the CLUB staff or threatens or inflicts damage to the clubhouse or grounds, the managing staff member of the CLUB or CATERER shall have the right to direct the DESIGNATED GUEST REPRESENTATIVE to remove the individual from the club premises. RENTAL AGREEMENT 5. Charges for use of the Clubhouse for any affair shall be as follows (no fees will be waived): a.

Members Wedding* January-December $10 per person + 8.125% tax + $250.00** Refundable Security

Charge) b. CLUB Members Wedding* January-December $500 + 8.125% tax + $250.00** Refundable

$250.00 + 8.125% tax (Additional Charge) *If you are exempt from sales tax, you must
attach your NYS sales tax exemption form.
Otherwise, you must include sales tax with your check. **There will be a $250.00 security deposit,
which is required at time of signing contract.
This will be returned within a reasonable time period after the
function, if all of the following are met: - All rules were followed - Inspection of the premises by CLUB representative verifies that there was no theft or damage to the Clubhouse or grounds. ***A non-refundable deposit of 50% is
