Entering a User ID is NOT necessary. Anything you choose will be accepted, if it has not already been taken.

First time user: Enter your email address and a password of your choosing. Remember this password for future use.

To create a user ID: Enter your email address, user ID and password. After the user ID is associated to your email address, you may login with your user ID and password.
